 Cool situation that happened to me recently. Even though I'm not too young, I haven't tried a ton of different foods, and especially jamon. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting much when I decided to order the jamon here https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/wagyu-beef-and-specialty-meats/jamon-iberico-pata-negra-0995 because I heard good reviews on Gourmet. Thought it was similar to carpaccio or just some deli meat from the ones I've tried before. It turned out to be a whole new flavor for me, which I was delighted with. And it's hard to even imagine how many more new flavors I have yet to try.
